Director of Client Operations

Inventory ID is at an exciting inflection point. We are an established small business based in Overland Park, KS.   We serve healthcare, education, and travel centers nationally with fixed asset tagging and data collection.  

As we continue to lean into our next season of growth, we’re adding a Director of Client Operations to join our team.

This is more than a management role; it’s a culture-building opportunity. We’re seeking an experienced project manager with field team leadership experience to guide our operations and mentor our growing team of 10, soon to be 20+ staff members. The ideal leader brings a strong blend of client-facing project management and field team leadership, helping us evolve from a tactical small business into a professional, scalable client delivery company.
