Planning & Scheduling
Develop a detailed inventory schedule with the client's project manager.
Communicate the schedule to all departments to ensure preparedness.
Gather floor plans and prepare a master catalog of expected asset types.
Conduct a kickoff meeting to address special access needs and logistics.
Phase 2
On-Site Inventory
Deploy small, efficient field teams to tag and document assets with minimal disruption.
Use floor plans to guide progress and track completed areas.
Collect key data points (location, model, serial number, etc.) for each asset.
Phase 3
Reporting & Value-Add Services
Upload and review inventory data for accuracy.
Provide inventory reports in Excel and PDF formats.
Optional: Asset valuation and data reconciliation against current ledger.
